As an ex-office dweller, I became a qualified personal trainer in 2018 with a passion help to others discover both the life-changing physical and mental benefits of fitness. I am also a functional training and cycle instructor at top London-based studios, including Gymbox and Core Collective.

Socially-Distanced Personal Training

Social distancing has presented many of us with both physical and mental health challenges to overcome, with many individuals still nervous about going back to a gym-setting. It can be a time where we are still finding it confusing and stressful to understand how we're able to carry on working towards those personal fitness goals we had before lockdown. How can we keep that momentum going?

Stay positive! Now is the time to remember there is still so much we can do at home or in a socially-distanced environment. It is important more now than ever to keep our bodies moving and encourage those anxiety and stress-fighting benefits exercise gives us at these times.
