As an ex-office dweller, I became a qualified personal trainer in 2018 with a passion help to others discover both the life-changing physical and mental benefits of fitness. I am also a functional training and cycle instructor at top London-based studios, including Gymbox and Core Collective.

Whether you are making your first steps into fitness, or you are already well within your element inside a gym, challenging ourselves to take things outside of our comfort zone and to the next level can seem extremely scary. Trust me, everyone no matter their experience has been there!

Social distancing is presenting many of us with both physical and mental health challenges to overcome, with the majority of the UK trapped at home. It can be a time where we find it confusing and stressful about how we're able to carry on working towards those personal fitness goals we had not so long ago; how we can keep that momentum going?
