My Background

As an ex-office goer, I became a qualified personal trainer in 2018 with a passion help to others discover both the life-changing physical and mental benefits of fitness. I am also a functional training and cycle instructor at top London-based studios, including Core Collective abd Gymbox.

Social distancing has presented many of us with both physical and mental health challenges to overcome, with many individuals still nervous about going back to a gym-setting.
